Manassas Mall

The mall consists of 80+ stores and services and is only one floor. This mall is a great spot to go to eat, shop, or even operate your own store within the mall with their leasing availability. 

RAN Fire Protection Engineering performed fire protection engineering consulting services for the expansion project on the Manassas Mall. The scope of services included the development of design criteria for use in a performance specification for the development of contractor's bid basis and working drawing, and reviewing the working drawings to verify agreement with the design intent. The design of the fire protection systems had to be incorporated into existing systems.
