Marriott Hotel NYC

Located in one of the busiest cities in the world, the hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from a majority of New York City’s landmarks and only a short drive from other landmarks a little further away.

RAN performed a code analysis on the existing fire protection systems of the New York City Marriott Hotel. This project required studying the existing life safety floor plans before renovation and recommended design alterations to the 2nd and 16th floors for the compliance with existing code requirements.
