Syracuse VA Medical Center
The Syracuse VA Medical Center provides healthcare for Veterans, their families, and caregivers. They provide general medical services and provide surgical referrals.
There are a total of 189 beds and 48 Community Living Center beds at the medical center. In addition to the free parking lot, shuttles run throughout the whole day. The goal of the Syracuse VA Medical Center is to give back to the Veterans who protected us and served.
RAN Fire Protection Engineering was retained to conduct a code analysis on the Syracuse VA Medical Center parking garage. As a result, RAN designed an Automatic Dry Sprinkler System, Auxiliary Supply for Automatic Dry Sprinkler System, and a Manual Dry Standpipe System for the garage.
